Just getting in (or back in) to riding your bike? Thinking about buying a bike to get around town? We're here to get you and your bike going so that you'll be comfortable and ready for whatever style of riding you'll be doing.
In this class, you'll learn about bike fit, how to prepare and tune your bike for safe riding, how to fit your helmet properly, what to take with you on your ride, and how to fix a flat tire.
Class size is limited but a group of at least six is needed to hold the class. Register beforehand, and invite a friend! If you can't make it, please cancel your RSVP or send an email to Education Director.
This course is a pre-requisite for all League Cycling Instructor (LCI) candidates who are planning to get certified during a 20 hour LCI training seminar. Prepare yourself by reading TS101 booklet from the League of American Bicyclists.
