Interested in riding a bike around town in the new year?
Take the plunge and join the welcoming and friendly SBBIKE Community Bike Rides (age 16 +) led by certified League Cycling Instructors. They are educational, fun and FREE for all current SBBIKE members!
On Tuesday, February 20th, the group will go for a casual ride after work starting at De La Guerra Plaza, in front of City Hall. All participants should be able to ride a bike safely with the ability to brake, change gears, and balance while stopping and starting at all traffic signals. SBBIKE Community Bike Rides are no-drop rides meaning that every participant respects traffic laws and nobody is left behind during the one hour ride.
Ride to the Mesa and back to De La Guerra Plaza (about 10 miles). (Note that our route will avoid the Farmers Market).
