Interested in going for a social ride after work?
Join the welcoming and friendly SBBIKE Community Bike Rides (age 16 +) led by certified League Cycling Instructors. They are educational and fun!
This month, the group will ride from De La Guerra Plaza, in front of City Hall for a loop around Montecito and back to El Paseo Restaurant. Hungry riders will be able to purchase Tuesday tacos and a drink while socializing with new friends.
Everybody should be able to ride a bike safely with the ability to brake, change gears, and balance while stopping and starting at all traffic signals. SBBIKE Community Bike Rides are no-drop rides meaning that every participant respects traffic laws and nobody is left behind during the ride.
- Your bicycle, in good running order and don't forget your helmet.
- A set of night lights (white in the front and red in the back)
- All participants under 18 must wear a helmet and be escorted by a parent or guardian.
Meet at Santa Barbara City Hall, at De La Guerra Plaza at 5:30pm and ride to our final destination: El Paseo Restaurant.
