Youth Education Volunteer Training Part TWO

Learn how to assist with Youth Education in Summer and Beyond!

Volunteer Training

Youth Education volunteer training is a workshop to learn what we teach to the youth in our summer camps and Bike Ed in PE. You will be able to assist our instructors with drills and riding in a group. At the same time, you will build your own skills and confidence with traffic laws, crash avoidance, and lane positioning. Help spread the joy and fun of cycling with the youth in our community.

Online Session after work: Friday, June 10, 6:00-7:00pm.

Learn the safety checks necessary before riding. Understand your rights & responsibilities as a driver operating a bicycle safely and legally on public roadways.

In Person skills and Group Ride: Saturday, June 11, 9:00-11:00.

Get a preview of drills and skills practice in a parking lot and then go out on the road for a group ride.
